"The Blueprint in the Attic" — a vintage-watch dialogue drama (130 s)
A 130-second appraisal of a 1969 automatic chronograph rescued when a grandfather's shop closed. The previous format re-run on a second watch: talking cuts are generated by handing Seedance 2.0 the actual line audio, then the measured mouth opening is aligned to the line with DTW. The failures and successes were folded into a one-shot instruction template.

The settled procedure
Audio starts on the line with no leading silence (leading silence is ignored and breaks sync) and is padded with silence at the tail; the tail dissolves over six frames into a closed-mouth span and ping-pongs. A stray "s" at the end of a line was a leaked recording pad, cut at the silence after the last aligned character.
Cut-and-paste mouth parts were tried once in v2 ("everything but the mouth is a still") and are now forbidden. Generated images used raw as end cards leave letterbox bands, so the card is drawn: flat navy, line art, title.
