0:31Cockpit LP — Cinematic sequence (clouds → jet → cockpit → ignition)
The four scenes that play as you scroll the SQUAREONE Cockpit landing page from top to bottom, joined in page order into a 31-second film: a jet tears out of a sea of cloud, instruments light up in a dark cockpit, and a pilot's finger presses the Keyless AI key until the frame burns to white. On the page itself the scrollbar is the timeline — the film moves at the reader's own pace.
0:15"Tsuhan no Oni" — 15-second sung jingle CM
A 15-second sung CM in which the mail-order mascot "Tsuhan no Oni" and four colour-variant friends dance in unison. One jingle from ElevenLabs Music, dance shots from image-to-video on colour-variant key images, and a logo end card, all joined in ffmpeg — for about ¥85 in generation cost.
0:59ENKA fireworks — 60-second cinematic
Sixty seconds from a fireworks workshop at dawn to the big burst at night, told in six scenes with no dialogue or narration. Six Seedance 2.0 shots joined in ffmpeg, per-scene SFX synced to a BGM loop, and a warm overlay unifying every scene — built to sit as the fixed background of a fireworks brand site.
1:33Anime dialogue drama — the watch appraisal (95 s)
A 95-second dialogue drama: a son brings his late father's watch to an appraiser. Three layers — Shinkai-style anime, live-action macro, white-background documents — carry a single chain of cause and effect through conversation alone. Talking cuts use six mouth shapes swapped on ElevenLabs character timestamps, not i2v.
2:10"The Blueprint in the Attic" — a vintage-watch dialogue drama (130 s)
A 130-second appraisal of a 1969 automatic chronograph rescued when a grandfather's shop closed. The previous format re-run on a second watch: talking cuts are generated by handing Seedance 2.0 the actual line audio, then the measured mouth opening is aligned to the line with DTW. The failures and successes were folded into a one-shot instruction template.
0:37Saishu Mirai Shoujo — immersion film for the campaign LP (TEN / YUIKA / LUUNA)
The film for a campaign landing page ahead of the idol trio Saishu Mirai Shoujo's 1st Tour -STELLA-. In a summer × future world, the three members appear one by one out of an "absence plate" hero and the world opens up — a 37-second immersion film. Likeness is locked from multiple real selfies, wardrobe is unified across the three, and the three had to connect as one story.
