A 95-second dialogue drama: a son brings his late father's watch to an appraiser. Three layers — Shinkai-style anime, live-action macro, white-background documents — carry a single chain of cause and effect through conversation alone. Talking cuts use six mouth shapes swapped on ElevenLabs character timestamps, not i2v.
2:10"The Blueprint in the Attic" — a vintage-watch dialogue drama (130 s)
A 130-second appraisal of a 1969 automatic chronograph rescued when a grandfather's shop closed. The previous format re-run on a second watch: talking cuts are generated by handing Seedance 2.0 the actual line audio, then the measured mouth opening is aligned to the line with DTW. The failures and successes were folded into a one-shot instruction template.

A 15-second social short in which the avatar Yuna talks about the supplement P3 in a natural, first-person tone. Video, voice and lip movement are generated in one pass by Higgsfield Marketing Studio from a timed five-beat script (hook → grab → point → payoff → close) with timecodes and lines.
0:15HEYE magnetic revive brush — 15-second LP avatar
A 15-second avatar video for the HEYE magnetic hairbrush sales LP. Built around hair × scalp care, with a script kept on the safe side of Japanese pharmaceutical-advertising law (no efficacy claims), it sits at the entrance of the LP's "make it personal → convince → trust → nudge" flow.
0:37Nontitle ep. 3 — a short cut from loudness-peak analysis (37 s)
A vertical short cut from an 81-minute episode: split into ten segments, take the peak of the 30-second moving-average LUFS in each, judge virality from the subtitle text, cut. A test of finding highlights by loudness statistics rather than by ear; subtitles and cut points refined from v1 to v11.
