A vertical short cut from an 81-minute episode: split into ten segments, take the peak of the 30-second moving-average LUFS in each, judge virality from the subtitle text, cut. A test of finding highlights by loudness statistics rather than by ear; subtitles and cut points refined from v1 to v11.

Method
Sustained-loudness peaks are ranked in a PEAKS_REPORT and the candidates' subtitles read to decide. Four more shorts for the SMS NFT project were cut with the same method.
