A 95-second dialogue drama: a son brings his late father's watch to an appraiser. Three layers — Shinkai-style anime, live-action macro, white-background documents — carry a single chain of cause and effect through conversation alone. Talking cuts use six mouth shapes swapped on ElevenLabs character timestamps, not i2v.

制作过程
How it was made
The turning point is the shortest cut with the longest pause. Writing "move the mouth and talk" into i2v produces motion unrelated to the audio, so speech is built from stills and mouth parts. The don'ts were fixed alongside: no eleven_multilingual_v2 for Japanese, never change an approved voice's model or parameters.
