SQUAREONE Academy — Miyu's 19 guide videos (sample reel)
Nineteen 14–17-second guide videos embedded in the SQUAREONE Academy screens: four progress stages, eight industry welcomes, three module kinds, four milestone events, served one at a time on four axes. AI produces only the picture and the voice; captions, logo, URL and the BGM mix are drawn in code by ffmpeg. Below: four representative entries, as a reel and individually.

Design
If an mp4 is missing its card disappears from the screen, so all nineteen must always exist. Rules that hardened across the set: never let the model draw Japanese captions or logos; never map Whisper segments 1:1 to script lines (everything after drifts); never conclude BGM is audible from voice STT alone (it was once crushed to −42 dB).
